Responsible Care is a global, voluntary initiative developed autonomously by the chemical industry for the chemical industry. The program requires all member companies to improve performance in response to public concerns about the effects of chemicals on health, safety and the environment.

Background
|
Established in 1966 by owner and CEO, Mr. Eli Sarid, Bs.C., a renowned industry expert, Amza was soon to become Israel’s primary surface-finishing technologies provider.
In the late 80’s, the company joined forces with Elad Technologies Ltd. The synergy between El-Ad’s solution-design, and implementation capabilities and Amza’s expertise and process technologies, allows Amza to deliver comprehensive, turnkey projects and surface-finishing technologies. The remarkable added value and wide scope of services made available to Amza’s customers further enforced the company’s position as the industry’s leading supplier.
In 1991 Amza became a member of the Enthone group, an internationally acclaimed and worldwide leading supply-house of surface-finishing technologies. Partnering with this industry leader, expends Amza’s range of capabilities and guarantees a direct access to the latest in industry developments.
Today, Amza numbers over 30 employees, 14 of which comprise Amza’s Technical Services and Support team. Amza’s headquarters is conveniently located in the heart of Israel’s geographical and economic center and enjoys easy access to the country’s main transportation network. The spacious facility is home to Amza and Elad, incorporating the companies’ offices, R&D and tests laboratories, manufacturing, storage and logistics center.

At present, Amza and El-Ad deliver state-of-the-art, comprehensive solutions to most of the Israeli Surface-Finishing industry. Amza provides dedicated and professional support to over 60% of the market. Components processed with Amza’s assistance are to be found in most of Israel’s high-tech and military-industries products. To name but a few: - Electronic casing and packaging for Scitex, Elbit, ECI’s equipment and Gilat’s satellite modems
- PWB and electronic components produced by Intel, Vishay, Elta, Melta, PCB and Eltek.
- Functional and decorative coating on goods, parts and tools produced by Blades Technologies, Mivrag, Hamat, BHC, Chromenickel and many other leading manufacturers.
