Building Accessibility Arrangements

The following accessibility features are available at the customer service center located at 37 Nachshon Street, Petah Tikva:

  • Three accessible parking spaces near the main entrance: two for high-accessible vehicles and one for standard-accessible vehicles.

  • A continuous accessible path from the parking area to the accessible reception desk on the first floor.

  • An accessible elevator: cabin dimensions 1.40m x 1.10m, door width 80 cm.

  • An accessible reception desk for standing service and accessible seating for guests.

  • Assistive devices installed: an induction loop at the reception desk and a hearing assistance system in the meeting room.

  • An accessible restroom is available on the ground floor.

  • Identification and directional signage is in place.

  • Service animals are welcome at the customer reception area.

  • Assistance with form-filling is available upon request at the reception desk. A writing board can also be provided for signing documents.


Accessible Customer Service

  • Employee Training for Accessibility: Staff members receive training to increase awareness of accessibility issues and to gain practical tools for providing accessible service.

  • Accessible Telephone Service: The automated voice system is accessible, with clear speech and no background music.
